Introduction

   Navigate your robot through all possible obstacles in different terrains. It’s time to make your robot climb, trek, jump and traverse through challenging paths. You have to bring a simple wired/wireless robot that is autonomous or manually controlled machine that is capable of completing the ALL TERRAIN Arena successfully.

Format


Round-1 : The robot has to pass through an all-terrain track. The robot which gains maximum points within the given time is taken into consideration for next round. It’s not compulsory that you finish the track. Placing of the points will be disclosed on-site.
Round-2 :  The track for this round will be difficult. The robot should pass different terrains and get through the finish line. Some obstacles/blocks may be introduced to enhance the challenges to be faced by your bot.Tasks will be introduced at different levels of the lane to revive the spirit of the bot and the participants with high scores. The judging criterion of this event is based on each terrain track points and time constraint.
*Other general Rules will be intimated on spot. There will not be any watery terrain.

Rules and Regulations

1. A team may consist of one to four participants.
2. Cross-college teams are permitted.
3. The maximum allowable voltage for the bot is 12 V.
4. Robots should not damage the arena.
5. Rules may be revised after the commencement of the event.

6. The event coordinator's decision regarding scoring and judgment will be final.

Bots specifications

1. The dimension of the bot must not exceed 30* 30* 30 cm.
2. The maximum weight of the bot must not exceed 5 Kg.
3. The maximum allowable voltage for the bot is 12 V.
4. The robot should only be battery powered (either on-board or off-board).
5. Rules may be revised after the commencement of the event.
5. The wires should be properly insulated. The length of the wires must be at least 5m for wired robot.
